Housing Body and Local Authority Energy Assessors

Energy Rating and Planning Services carry out work for Local Authorities and Housing Bodies. These projects can vary from 5-10 properties to between 200 and 500 properties.

These projects may include the Energy Upgrade of a scheme of residential dwellings where we provide the Upgrade Roadmap to the Local Authority or Housing Body to achieve a pre-determined energy rating and or to achieve building regulation compliance with regard to major retrofit works where a B2 rating must be achieved.

Various Local Authorities and Housing bodies also require current status energy values for their housing stock in a specific location. In this instance we provide current baseline status, Renovation Scenario Analysis, Home Energy Upgrade Plan and Long Term Renovation Roadmaps.

These assessments and reports help these bodies with short, mediu and long term renovation planning.
